Automation
Stop Doing the Same Thing Twice
If there’s a task your team does manually every day, every week, or every time a form comes in — there’s almost certainly a way to automate it. We’ll find it and build it.
How We see It
Technology Should Work For You. Not The Other Way Around.
A lot of automation tools promise the world and deliver a tangle of fragile workflows that break whenever something changes. We build systems that are simple enough for your team to understand and maintain long-term.
We work with Zapier for connecting cloud tools, JotForm for form-triggered workflows, and custom WordPress plugins or Google Cloud infrastructure when the job calls for something more purpose-built. The right tool for the job — not the flashiest one.
Common starting points
- Form submissions routed to the right person automatically
- Lead notifications sent to your team (or your CRM) the moment someone fills out a form
- Scheduled reports generated and emailed without anyone touching a spreadsheet
- Data synced between two tools that don’t natively talk to each other
- Repeat tasks triggered by calendar events, emails, or other systems
- Custom workflows that don’t fit any off-the-shelf solution
Common Questions
Everything you’ve wondered about working with us on automation.
What tools do you use for automation?
It depends on the job. Zapier is our go-to for connecting cloud-based tools quickly. JotForm workflows handle form-triggered processes well. For more complex or custom needs — multi-step data pipelines, internal tools, anything that requires real infrastructure — we build on Google Cloud or use custom WordPress plugins. We choose based on what will be most reliable and maintainable for you long-term.
Do I need to be technical to use the automations you build?
No. The goal is always to hand you something that runs on its own — and to document what it does in plain English. If something breaks or needs adjusting, you reach out to us directly. We don’t design systems that only we can understand.
What if the automation breaks after you hand it off?
We stand behind what we build. Bugs in our work are our responsibility to fix. If an upstream API changes and breaks something, we’ll help you sort it out at our standard hourly rate. We’re not the kind of shop that disappears after delivery.
Can you connect tools that don’t have native integrations?
Usually yes. Most modern software exposes an API, and if it does, we can build a bridge. Zapier handles a lot of these natively. For anything more custom — or for tools with limited API support — we can write webhook handlers or middleware. We’ll tell you upfront if something genuinely isn’t feasible.
Is automation right for my business?
If your team does the same digital task more than once a week, there’s probably a better way. The first conversation is always free — describe what’s eating your time and we’ll tell you honestly whether automation makes sense and what it would cost.
How much does automation work cost?
Scope drives cost. A Zapier automation connecting two tools might be a couple of hours of work. A custom multi-step pipeline with a Postgres database and cloud deployment is a larger project. We quote per project, give you a real number before any work starts, and don’t surprise you with scope creep.
What’s taking up your team’s time right now?
Describe the repetitive task. We’ll tell you whether we can automate it, what it would take, and what it would cost. First conversation is free.
