Automation

Unlock the Power of Automation

Stop doing the same thing twice. We connect your tools, automate your repetitive tasks, and build systems that run while you focus on your actual business.

How We Approach It

Automation That Matches Your Workflow

Automation should simplify your life — not require a dedicated person to manage it. We build with Make.com, WordPress hooks, and custom PHP to create systems that are maintainable, not just clever.

Common starting points: form submission routing, lead notifications, CRM sync, scheduled report generation, WordPress content automation, and API integrations between tools that don’t natively talk to each other.

Common Questions

Everything you’ve wondered about working with us on automation.

What tools do you use for automation?

Primarily Make.com (formerly Integromat) for no-code scenario building, and custom WordPress plugins or PHP scripts for deeper site integration. We choose tools based on what’s maintainable long-term, not what’s trendy.

Do I need to be technical to use the automations you build?

No. The goal is always to hand you something that runs without your involvement — and to document what it does clearly. If something breaks or needs adjusting, you can contact us directly. We don’t design systems that only we can understand.

How much does automation work cost?

It depends on scope. Simple automations (a Make.com scenario connecting two tools) can be quoted and built in a few hours. More complex systems — multi-step pipelines, custom plugin development, API integrations — are quoted per project. Reach out and we’ll give you a real number.

Can you connect tools that don’t have native integrations?

Often yes — if the tool has an API (most do), we can build a bridge. Make.com handles many of these natively; for the rest, we write custom webhook handlers or middleware. We’ll tell you upfront if something isn’t feasible.

What if the automation breaks after you hand it off?

We stand behind the work. Bugs in what we built are our responsibility to fix. If an upstream API changes and breaks something, we’ll help you resolve it at our standard hourly rate. We’re not the type to disappear after delivery.

Is automation right for my business?

If you find yourself doing the same digital task more than once a week, there’s probably a better way. The first conversation is always free — tell us what’s eating your time and we’ll tell you honestly whether automation makes sense.

What’s Taking Up Your Time?

Describe your repetitive task. We’ll tell you if we can automate it and what it would take.
